now gently place these cashew nuts on the tabletop
make sure they have their individual space before you lay your front on them
yes they are tickling your belly your chest your arms 
your legs your thighs your nose and your toes 
and you have to laugh 
oh as loud as you can be 
wake up the mice under the earth 
wake up the bird that is sleep flying 
wake up the old man downstairs napping next to the radio

stop !  now ! 

slowly roll your body off the table 
but before you do 
make sure each cashew nut is crackled in half
