yoga you like 3

now roll your self into a ball and this ball keeps falling
imagine yourself hitting the ground
oh what a nice feeling to hit the ground and you slowly unravel till like a flower pod you open up
yes you open up like a flower pod for the first time
and breathe
now you open up for the second time
and do not breathe
no hold it for 3 minutes
now release but do not open up for the third no  do not
because by then you will realize that you hit the ground too hard
