very bad habit

I saw this poster once in my friend Sofia's parents house's toilet. I stayed in there for a good 5 minutes to just read through everything that was written on it. I was so intrigued by the fact that bad habits have to be explained in such an extreme way, there is picture of kids stabbing through their hands and kid falling off from the building. How bad are these habits, must be very bad.
